The tasks include responsible work in compliance with quality and hygiene standards as well as overnight fresh baking for the branches. What is expected is a passion for craft-made bread, an awareness of order and cleanliness, as well as motivation, resilience and reliable teamwork; prior bakery experience is an advantage but not required.
