Autohaus Fasselt in Schermbeck is looking for a service advisor as the link between customers and the dealership in daily customer contact. The duties include the professional assessment and handling of complaints as well as ensuring high service quality in the after-sales business. Required are a completed commercial or technical training, ideally related to VW, Audi, Skoda or Seat, as well as strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset; professional experience in service and further training as a certified automotive service advisor are desirable. The family-run company offers performance-based pay above the local average, Christmas bonus, 30 days of holiday and holiday pay as well as benefits in the in-house workshop.
